PERFORMANCE CYCLING (SEASONAL)

Performance Cycling is a cutting edge multi-week training program led by certified and experienced cycling coaches. In Performance Cycling you use your own bike, hooked up to state-of-the-art Computrainer technology, to perform specifically designed workouts that increase your speed, strength, and power on the bike.

Outside of each training session, you’ll receive weekly emails with your results, progress, and additional workout homework. We also provide specialty events such as endurance and hill climbing clinics and time trials during the training season.

2017 FALL SESSION - 6 WEEKS

A six week course with one session weekly on the following days and times.

OPEN STUDIO / FREE RIDE

Do you want to ride in the cycling studio but can’t make the regular class times? Or do you want more opportunities to ride outside of your C4 training schedule? Then join us for a virtual ride! These rides are fun, realistic and bring you to the next level. Our extensive inventory of virtual rides ranges from some of the world’s best cycling routes to training rides for specific and focused workouts such as hill climbs, sprints, interval strength, and skill building.
